A Place to Call Home is a family-owned business with a supportive team of excellent caregivers. We are an adult family home with six friendly male residents who appreciate the work our CNA’s do on a daily basis. Whether that be assistance with medication, ADL’s, companionship, meals, or household chores. Together we work to ensure our elderly residents are provided with high-quality care day and night. The home is warm, welcoming, and spacious. Each resident has their private bedroom and bathroom with access to the patio for wildlife viewing or watching the sunsets. A place to call home is located in a country setting with exceptional views, walking paths, gated patios, organic gardening, chicken coop, farm animals, and companion dogs. 
The care provided at A Place to Call Home encompasses a full range of nursing care, memory care, Alzheimer’s care, diabetes management, medication management, rehabilitation, and hospice, along with daily living assistance, laundry, cleaning, cooking, on-site and off-site activities, companionship, family involvement, and collaboration with medical doctors and therapists. Seniors, individuals, and couples are given the opportunity to live a high-quality life with dignity while, maintaining independence and integrity. A Place to Call Home provides care for adults of all ages with dementia, mental health, or developmental disabilities. The home is warm, welcoming, and spacious. Each resident has their own bedroom and bathroom, access to gorgeous safe decks for wildlife observation, cozy living and dining rooms, activity areas, games, exercise programs, and delicious family-style meals.
A Place to Call Home offers around the clock-care to meet the unique needs of each resident. Live-in caregivers provide continuous individualized care 24/7 and collaborate with the in house registered nurse.

Required education:
High school or equivalent
Required experience:
CNA: 1 year
Required license or certification:
WA CNA License
Must have WA CNA license
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Must have Drivers License and reliable transportation
Responsibilities and Duties as a certified caregiver, you will:
Perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living.
Provide reminders about taking medication and assisting with medication that the client self-administers.
Personal hygiene
Engaging clients in physical and/or mental exercises
In-Home Caregiving and Facility assignments
